Online Staging Tool

HP approached Efex Media with a problem.....their nation-wide process for configuring and ordering staging components for conferences and trade shows was a complex, unfriendly and error-prone manual process of reading manuals and making calls.

So Efex Media was tasked with creating an online tool for streamlining the configuration and ordering process.

Efex Media developed a tool or configuration wizard that enabled any user to easily define a staging configuration based on the size of the room.

Using a drag-n-drop interface, the user was able to create their staging configuration while being guided by built-in rules which limited the types of panels used as well as the allowed positions.

When completed the user could print out a staging order for their records, and submit their order online

A separate admin interface allowed staging suppliers to view and print submitted orders.
